i10 Founder and CEO Mark Hastings has won Businessperson of the Year 2023 at the Mercury Business Awards.
Mark accepted the award from Andrew Heeler, partner at Hegarty's Solicitors who sponsored the category, at a glitzy gala dinner at the fabulous Rutland Hall Hotel on Friday night (15th September 2023) – pictured below.
'Businessperson of the Year' is awarded to an individual who stands out from the crowd, has an entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrates outstanding achievement and inspires others around them. It is given to someone who has been instrumental to the success of their business, growing the reputation of both their business and the area in which they operate.
This recognition is the latest in a series of awards for i10. Earlier this year, i10 was recognised by Digital Leaders as one of the top ten Digital SMEs of the Year; winner of the Environment Award at the Better Society Awards; and making the Digital Leaders NetZero50 list.
Speaking after the presentation, Mark said "I am humbled to have won this award in a room full of such inspiration people. Without the fantastic team of people I work with, this wouldn't have been possible so thank you for all of your hard work and continued support".
